F.I.I.D. is always interested in speaking with experienced professionals who can operate effectively in real-world conditions. Law Enforcement and Military experience can be a good background to start from but it is not required. Anyone interested in joining our team must understand that we have our own standard operating procedures and training methods. Constant training and team cohesion are a heavy part of our organization.
